My Experience in English Unit 4
One of the most challenging parts of Unit 4 was the listening practice. At first, I struggled to understand the audio and was often lost in the middle. However, my teacher suggested that I should focus on identifying key words and taking notes while listening. This technique worked wonders for me, as I gradually became better at understanding the audio. I also listened to English songs and podcasts outside of class, which helped me improve my listening skills.
The speaking activities in Unit 4 were my favorite part of the course. My teacher would give us various topics to discuss in pairs or groups, and we would have to present our ideas in front of the class. Although it was nerve-wracking at first, I soon became more confident in my speaking skills. I also made some new friends during these activities, as we bonded over our shared interests and opinions.
Unit 4 involved several writing assignments, which I found to be quite challenging. Writing in English is not my forte, and I often struggled with grammar and vocabulary. However, my teacher provided helpful feedback on my assignments and gave me tips on how to improve my writing skills. I also tried to read more English books and articles to expand my vocabulary and improve my writing.
Overall, my experience in English Unit 4 was both challenging and rewarding. I learned a lot about listening, speaking, and writing in English, and I feel much more confident in my language abilities now. I am excited to continue my English studies and see where it takes me in the future.
