My Experience in Unit 4 of Junior High School English

Learning New Vocabulary

In unit 4 of my junior high school English class, we learned a lot of new vocabulary words. I found this to be both challenging and rewarding. Using flashcards and repetition, I was able to memorize all the new words and their meanings.

Reading Comprehension

During this unit, we also worked on our reading comprehension skills. Our teacher would assign us passages to read and then ask us questions about them. At first, I struggled with this because the passages were long and sometimes difficult to understand. However, with practice, I learned strategies to help me better comprehend the text.

Speaking Practice

Another important aspect of unit 4 was our speaking practice. We had many opportunities to practice speaking in front of the class. At first, I was nervous and hesitant to speak, but as we continued to practice, I gained more confidence.

Overall, unit 4 was a challenging but rewarding experience. I feel like I made a lot of progress in my English skills and am excited to continue learning in the future.
