My experience in learning English in Vocational High School
Starting from scratch
When I first entered the Vocational High School, I knew nothing about English. It was completely new to me, and I had no interest in it. However, as time passed, I realized that English is essential in today’s globalized world. Therefore, I decided to give it a try.
Challenges and efforts
At the beginning, I found it quite challenging to learn English. I struggled with the pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. It required a lot of efforts and patience. I listened to English songs, watched English movies, and read English books, trying to immerse myself in the language environment. I also spent many hours practicing speaking, writing, and listening under the guidance of my English teachers.
The breakthrough
Thanks to the persistent efforts, I finally had a breakthrough in my English learning. I realized that I could understand what my foreign friends were talking about, and I could express myself in English without too much hesitation. The sense of achievement was really rewarding, and it motivated me to keep on learning.
The future plan
Now, I feel much more confident in using English, and I plan to continue learning it in the future. I believe that English proficiency will open up more opportunities for me in both academic and career aspects. Therefore, I will keep working hard and never give up on my English learning journey.
In conclusion, learning English in Vocational High School is a valuable and meaningful experience for me. It not only equipped me with practical language skills but also broadened my horizons and enriched my life.
